Jonas has more than 15 years of management experience in large enterprises and company holdings. He has fulfilled roles of Chairman of the Board, CEO, CFO and Investment manager in the companies that are leaders in their respective sectors in the Baltics. Jonas has been in charge of retail and wholesale (clothes, automotive), service (parking, car sharing), media (TV and press), renewable energy (solar and biogas production and trade) companies. He regularly implemented projects in real estate development, management and sale.

 

Jonas has worked closely with company shareholders and owners in setting companies‘ strategy, developed optimal corporate management structures for it, implemented business management systems and best practices.

 

He was responsible for sustainable and long-term growth of the companies, prepared portfolio companies for sale, led the search for new investments. Not once he has carried out business development projects – Jonas has brought some international brand names, like Porsche, IBIS styles and others to Lithuanian market. He led the development of City bee (car sharing) and Unipark (parking) into largest operators of such services in the Baltic countries. In addition, Jonas personally interviewed and selected top and medium level managers to ensure business success.

 

He was also responsible for international business development, implemented projects in 8 countries, including both Western and Eastern Europe.

 

Jonas directly participated in 15 M&A transactions, obtained necessary financing (equity and debt) both in Lithuania and in other countries.
